EMMA lives on her own as a pig farmer on her family’s run down and heavily indebted farm. She treats her hogs lovingly until the last day and butchers them in her own, tender way… MAX is a car salesman, also alone, often plagued by stomach pain. He is diagnosed with cancer with his life is teetering on the brink. So he steals his only friend’s money, books a flight, and just wants to get far away. When he crashes his Jaguar on the run and lands on EMMA’s farm he starts to realise that true BLISS may be much closer…
