The filming of Ziska Riemann’s Drama “Electric Girl” has started in Hamburg, with award-winning up-and-coming actress Victoria Schulz playing the film’s main character, a 23 year-old poetry slammer Mia, and cinematography by Hannes Hubach. One day, Mia gets cast as the German voice-over for a character in a Japanese Anime series. As she fuses more and more with her blue-haired
character Kimiko, she also develops superpowers like the comic book heroine and sees what no one else sees: there is a danger threatening to destroy humanity and only Mia can save the world.
